Acceptance & Effectiveness of Terms

By accessing the 6rwin platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. 6rwin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. This service is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or above in Bangladesh.

You must read the full Terms & Conditions before using the platform.
Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To register on 6rwin, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure. A valid national ID or passport copy may be requested at any time for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact 6rwin Support immediately.

Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
To update any information associated with your account, please contact our support team.
Participation in fraudulent or deceptive activities will result in legal action.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the 6rwin platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be processed using the payment methods available on the platform. Multiple payment options are supported, including mobile banking.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to complete verification may delay or suspend your withdrawal. If any suspicious transaction is detected, 6rwin reserves the right to investigate and place a hold on that transaction.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set out on the platform.
Separate wagering requirements apply to bonuses and promotional credits.
Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is mandatory for all users.
Transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days.

Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability

The 6rwin platform is authorized for legitimate entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to hack, crack, or misuse any system on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6rwin shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, network issues, or third-party failures. The platform may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance.

Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Participation in match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
6rwin's maximum liability is limited solely to the balance held in your account.
6rwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property Policy

6rwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without warning for the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraud, provision of false information, misuse, or involvement in any unlawful activity.

All content on the 6rwin platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6rwin. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any such material without written permission is strictly prohibited by law.

Users may be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, except in cases where an investigation is ongoing.
Users may request account closure at any time.
Taking screenshots or caching platform content and publishing it on third-party sites is strictly prohibited.
Prior authorization is required to use any 6rwin trademark or brand assets.

Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 6rwin platform may occasionally reference third-party services or content. 6rwin accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the activities, privacy policies, or content of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant terms and conditions before engaging in any transactions with third parties.

6rwin reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or legal matters. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please reach out to our support team.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
In the event of a conflict between the English and Bangla versions, the Bangla version shall prevail.
